Do I have to pay for the products?

Yes and no. You will place an order through our website for any/all of our monthly featured UGC products.

Once your content has been upload to our UGC Google Drive and been approved, we will refund the products for you within 2 working days.

How does it work?

Our UGC Program is really simple. All you need to do is sign up to our UGC program here. Place an order for one or more of our monthly featured products and upload UGC videos in our Google Drive.

Why haven't I been refunded?

If it's still within 2 working days of your content being uploaded please allow the full time for your refund to show.

If your content hasn't been approved we will be in touch with any changes needed to meet our terms & conditions.

Don't worry, we're happy to work with you to ensure your products are refunded 😊

Do I need to show my face on camera?

It's not required to show your face on your videos. There's plenty of ways to create engaging content without being on camera.

Examples of these included unboxing videos, website green screens with voice overs and product focused videos.

Can I earn commission?

Yep! Sign up to our UGC Program here & you can create your affiliate link to earn up to 15% commission on referred sales.
